1. Nature of Our Services
JasminPixel provides exclusively digital, consultation-based services delivered entirely online. Our offerings include scheduled live video sessions, strategic discussions, professional evaluations, creative planning, and the preparation of customized digital materials such as written summaries, lighting diagrams, structured action plans, moodboards, or session recordings where applicable.
All services are intangible and knowledge-based. No physical products are manufactured, stored, or shipped. Each consultation reserves a dedicated time slot in our calendar and involves preparatory review work prior to the live session. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that you are booking professional time, expertise, and personalized intellectual input rather than a physical item.
Because our services are customized and time-specific, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense once delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the personalized, time-reserved, and preparation-based nature of our services, refund eligibility is limited and structured as follows:
✔ Full Refund
A full refund may be issued if a written cancellation request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. This timeframe allows us to reallocate the reserved session slot and avoid loss of professional time.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a reasonable administrative period, typically 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
✔ Partial Refund (50%)
If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours but more than 12 hours before the scheduled session, a 50% refund may be granted. This partial retention reflects the preparation work already completed, calendar reservation, and opportunity cost associated with holding the session slot.
Each case is reviewed to ensure fairness while maintaining the sustainability of our professional scheduling system.
✖ No Refund
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the scheduled session

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior written notice

Completed consultation sessions, regardless of outcome perception

Delivery of digital documents, recordings, summaries, or strategic materials

Situations where professional time has already been allocated and executed
Once a live consultation has taken place or customized materials have been delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules may change. Clients are permitted to reschedule one time at no additional cost if the request is submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be treated as a late cancellation and may not qualify for a complimentary reschedule.
Additional rescheduling requests beyond the first adjustment may be subject to administrative approval and availability constraints. Our goal is to maintain scheduling fairness for all clients while remaining professionally flexible when reasonable.
4. Technical Issues
In the rare event that technical difficulties occur on our side — including connectivity failures, platform malfunctions, or equipment issues that prevent proper delivery of the session — the consultation will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
If technical issues arise on the client’s side (such as unstable internet connection, software incompatibility, or device malfunction), we will make reasonable efforts to continue the session if possible. However, clients are responsible for ensuring adequate technical setup prior to the scheduled appointment.
If a session is significantly disrupted due to external technical factors, a mutually agreed solution may include partial continuation, rescheduling of remaining time, or other reasonable adjustments at our discretion.
5. Digital Materials & Recordings
Following a consultation, clients may receive digital deliverables such as written summaries, structured action plans, lighting diagrams, moodboards, templates, or session recordings.
These materials are considered customized intellectual property created specifically for the client. Once delivered electronically, they are classified as completed digital goods and are strictly non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for securely downloading and storing any provided files. JasminPixel is not liable for file loss due to client-side technical issues after confirmed delivery.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected life events may occur. In situations involving documented emergencies or serious unforeseen circumstances, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Such reviews do not guarantee approval of refunds or rescheduling outside standard policy terms, but we are committed to handling genuine situations with fairness, professionalism, and reasonable discretion.
All decisions made under exceptional review are final.
